Service Engineer

Job Introduction

Our Flixton site is currently looking for a service engineer 

The role is fast paced and it's important that the right candidate has got all relevant qualifications and well as previous experience.

Main Responsibility

Job description

· Maintain all mechanical equipment in a manner making it fit and safe for use

· Maintain the fabric of the building within the maintenance departments capabilities

· Carry out routine maintenance and servicing to a high standard following the site PPM system 

· Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, requesting repair service.

· Contributes to team effort with a good mechanical background in a manufacturing environment

Ensure you always work safely

Withdraw any equipment from use if deemed not fit for purpose. Liaise with production to minimize disruption

Industry Recognized Engineering Qualifications

Strong background in servicing and routine maintenance 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £821.42

Overtime paid at 1.5x
