Job Introduction
We have a number of opportunities available in our factory in Willand, which has been continually processing for over 100 years.
For this position as a Production Manager the pattern works on a rotating shift.
- Week 1 - Monday - Friday
- Week 2 - Tuesday - Saturday
The hours per week is 45 hours.
Main Responsibility
The main responsibilities required for the Production Manager position includes:
- Manage production line in our fresh chilled BBQ department
- Ensuring quality of Food Safety is met which requires experience
- To understand efficiency and Production rates
- Have experience in managing a team of people, for example, holidays, overtime.
- Have good English both written and Verbal
