The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday to Friday, 14:30- 22:30
Main Responsibility
As Despatch Administrator you will report to the Despatch FLM and be responsible for supporting the despatch team. These will include:
- Helping to support the shift team members to ensure a smooth running of despatch
- Producing daily reports and delivery notes
- General office administration including letter/report writing, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Providing traceability details when required
- Using Excel spreadsheets.
- Using Hellenic scanning systems and FOPS 8 (Training will be given)
- End-of-shift stock reconciliation or supporting the count
- Working with the transport team to ensure that the vehicle or equipment plans are on track
- Setting up and managing the SKU’s and orders on Hellenic / Navision.

- Good Standard of written and Verbal communication is required
- Have good computer skills with knowledge of Excel
- Have excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively with peers and customers at all levels, via telephone, e-mail and in person, and will be computer literate.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure is a must.
- Admin experience is essential – within manufacturing
