The role is to assist the site Technical Deparment with general administration duties.

 

Main Responsibility

  • To ensure that the site paperwork systems are kept up to date, all paperwork is filed correctly and completed accurately.
  • Administer certain aspects of the sites Quality Management System, mainly inputting and checking data.
  • To work with the sites Process Technologist and assist with site Taste Panels.
  • To gather information and liaise with the Compliance Manager for customer feedback.
  • Support the site Technical Team and take on additional tasks where requested and appropriate
  • Monitor CCTV

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good attention to detail is a critical requirement for this role.
  • Strong computer skills or data entry is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in handling large quantities of paperwork would be advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and can work with little supervision.

Package Description

  • Hours of work: 40
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • 28 days holiday

About the Company

UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to consumers via major retailers. Our colleagues work across ten primary sites across the UK, where chickens are transported from nearby farms for processing and at our cutting sites prepared for portioning, deboning, and filleting. UK Poultry predominantly produces private-label products for major retailers. We know our proficiency is in processing, so we work with experts in other fields such as: hatching, farming, animal husbandry and transport to ensure that our supply chain is as effective and efficient as possible.
