- The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 10:00hrs - 18:00hrs
- The rate of pay is: £14.31 per hour
Main Responsibility
The main responsibilities for the position as an Operational Trainer includes:
- Training and assessing of a team across various roles
- Ensuring refresher trainings carried out in a timely manner
- Ensure staff meet the standards required of fulfill targets and customer specifications
- Planning of department training activities
- Completion of training documentation
- Provide feedback to employees and management regarding progress and performance
- Assist on production lines where and when requested
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the position included:
- Good level of English both written and spoken
- Good communicator
- Attention to detail
- PC literate
- Flexible approach to work
- Operational or training qualifications preferred
