The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 14:30 – 22:30

The rate of pay is: £12.99

Main Responsibility

  • Deliver training to the required level whilst taking into consideration learners needs.
  • To adopt and ensure adherence to the Company’s Health & Safety and Food Safety Policy.
  • Be aware of policies, procedures and guidelines which are current at any time and always to carry out duties accordingly
  • Provide employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their job competently, meeting all the standards required.
  • Provide learning, through job demonstration and instruction. 
  • Monitor Inductees ability, attitude, hygiene practices and dress code.
  • Provide the necessary support, to enable the employee to reach Customer and Company standards
  • Ensure all signed training records are scanned and saved in a timely manner onto the employee folders
  • Training hours reporting
  • Maintain adequate training records and update the matrices for auditing purposes
  • Ensure that training plans are formulated and implemented for all employees and work with the training Admin to ensure that all paperwork is completed
  • Identify individuals with the potential to work at a higher level and put in plans to assist their development
  • In addition, you must be prepared to undertake any reasonable requests made to meet the business needs of the company 
  • Be able to use correct tone and manners
  • Monitor and control Locker matrix
  • Support Induction and conduct classroom-based trainings
  • Required to carry out training in production

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to clearly communicate and build a strong and effective team
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make effective decisions
  • Self-motivated and highly resilient
  • High level of customer service
  • Highly flexible
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Scheduling trainings
