Working hours: Sunday: 12pm - 9pm or 12.30pm - 9.30pm
Monday - Friday: 3pm - 12am or 3.30pm - 12.30am.
Main Responsibility
As a First Line Manager with 2 Sisters, your role will involve supporting our Production Managers to ensure or daily production plan is achieved through the effective team management of our production teams. You will be responsible for achieving your own key performance indicators ensuring we meeting our customer requirements within a busy chilled factory environment.
Previous team management in a factory environment is preferred. You may be required to handle raw meat.
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal First Line Manager will have passion for leading teams to deliver our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
We are a fast moving business so you need to enjoy working at pace and have determination to take action and achieve results.
Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

About the Company
UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to consumers via major retailers. Our colleagues work across ten primary sites across the UK, where chickens are transported from nearby farms for processing and at our cutting sites prepared for portioning, deboning, and filleting. UK Poultry predominantly produces private-label products for major retailers. We know our proficiency is in processing, so we work with experts in other fields such as: hatching, farming, animal husbandry and transport to ensure that our supply chain is as effective and efficient as possible.
