Job Introduction
The Tool Setter role is working a 4on 4off Days 0700 - 1900
With a rate of pay of £12.30 per hour.
- To ensure all tooling on site is at the required standard.
- To ensure all tooling on site is available when required.
- To report any issues or damage with tooling and associated equipment.
- Liaise with Production and Engineering to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
Main Responsibility
- To maintain, service and repair all Mondini and Proseal Tooling to a high standard and ensure equipment is operation ready.
- To monitor Blade and associated parts stock levels and reorder when required.
- To maintain Tooling Trolleys to a high standard.
- To assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Engineering Workshops and associated areas to GMP level.
- To assist in any Engineering Duties required of them to maintain the efficiency of the site as instructed by the Shift Engineering Manager,
- To assist in monitoring wire belt damage and usage.
The Ideal Candidate
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Basic operation of machinery
- Knowledge of GMP
- Basic use of hand tools.
