The role of Technical Testing Coordinator is the perfect opportunity for you to join our forward thinking and highly adaptable Technical Team.
Main Responsibilities
As a Technical Testing Coordinator with 2 Sisters Food Group, you will be responsible for ensuring daily, weekly and monthly samples are sent to laboratories for testing.
You’ll be expected to:
- Co-ordination and distribution of sample collection schedules and record sheets. Includes routine sampling, shelf life, chemistry, swabbing, air and water analysis & calibration testing.
- Maintaining the sample send database.
- Present testing results to either take further actions or escalate trends
- Reporting micro data, including cost analysis, customer KPI testing data and internal reporting.
- Maintain testing risk assessments, schedules, trends and result database.
- Co-ordination of the Shelf-life Organoleptic trials and trend results.
- Completion of Campylobacter databases and reports
The Shifts
We offer a choice of shifts
2-week rotating shift pattern:
- WEEK 1 - Monday to Saturday; 06:00-14:30
- WEEK 2 - Monday to Friday; 06:00-14:30
The rate of pay is £13.00per hour (£15.00ph Sat)
About You
The ideal candidate would have experience within a food production QA/Technical team, coupled with;
- HACCP awareness (passed Level 3 HACCP)
- Knowledge of QA Function within Poultry Industry
- Pest Awareness Certificate
More importantly we are looking for;
- Good standard of spoken & written English, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management with the ability to multitask.
- Motivating skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office package.
