Come and join us! We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality System Administrator to join our team in Thetford on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The position is responsible for Incident / audit traceability, KPI reports, data analysis and maintenance of records

- The hours of work and shift patterns are: 08.00 - 16.00
- The rate of pay is: £14.40.
Main Responsibility
- Technical KPI Reporting – Site, Group, Customer
- Complaints data analysis – emerging trends, key drivers
- Conducting traceability exercises, recording and communicating findings
- Maintaining online paperwork filing
- Complaints Handling and investigation
- Technical equipment calibration
- Analysing data and producing timely reports.
- Technical Projects.
- Other Technical duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Food Manufacturing / FMCG environment experience
- Use of Excel and Power point at intermediate level. - advanced training will be target
- SAP competent
- Knowledge of Site product portfolio and manufacturing processes
- Written and spoken English to a level sufficient to communicate effectively with all staff levels at Site and visitors.
