Quality System Administrator - 6 month FTC

Job Introduction

Come and join us!  We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality System Administrator to join our team in Thetford on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The position is responsible for Incident / audit traceability, KPI reports, data analysis and maintenance of records


  • This post is working Mon - Fri
  • The hours of work and shift patterns are: 08.00 - 16.00
  • The rate of pay is: £14.40.

Main Responsibility


    • Technical KPI Reporting – Site, Group, Customer
    • Complaints data analysis – emerging trends, key drivers
    • Conducting traceability exercises, recording and communicating findings
    • Maintaining online paperwork filing
    • Complaints Handling and investigation
    • Technical equipment calibration
    • Analysing data and producing timely reports.
    • Technical Projects.
    • Other Technical duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Food Manufacturing / FMCG environment experience 
  • Use of Excel and Power point at intermediate level. - advanced training will be target
  • SAP competent
  • Knowledge of Site product portfolio and manufacturing processes
  • Written and spoken English to a level sufficient to communicate effectively with all staff levels at Site and visitors.
