- The hours of work and shift patterns are: 18:00 - 06:00 - 4on 4off.
- The rate of pay is: £16.50 per hour, including 10% shift allowance for hours worked between 10pm and 6am.
Main Responsibility
The key responsibilities of this role will include
- Maintaining H&S standards
- Maintaining GMP/Audit Readiness
- Responsible for & leading a team of people
- Meeting product/customer specifications
- Conduct daily meetings with teams
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
- Coaching & mentoring team to progress and deliver operational performance against agreed kpi’s
- Support Site improvement plan
- Supporting Area management
The Ideal Candidate
The Successful Candidate will have;
- Previous Supervisory/Team Leader experience
- Experience in Food Manufacturing
- Experience/knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
