- The hours of work are 8am - 4pm

Main Responsibility
We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator who is looking to move into a new role in a large organisation. This is a full time opportunity (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm), available on a permanent basis and is a office based position.
Joining our wages team, as payroll administrator, you will be using our time and attendance system on a daily basis. You will need to input data, clear out exceptions and ensure clock-ins are verified by the management team so that our employees are paid correctly.
Other duties may include:
- Inputting annual leave, sickness and special leave into the system
- Collating and reporting on weekly KPIs
- Approving overtime for staff
With a workforce of approximately 800 members of staff on site, this is an exciting opportunity to really develop your administrative skills in a large organisation.
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good administrative experience as well as being able to handle new systems quickly.
You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable handling high volumes of data. .
