- The hours of work and shift patterns are: 05:30 - 14:30 Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 13:30 Tuesdays
- The rates of pay are: £11.95 per hour
Main Responsibility
As a Packing Machine Minder your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up the machines, to ensure that correct programmes are used
- Label and film roll changes
- Monitoring and maintaining the product run
- Label print and verification sign-offs
- Responsible for signing and returning the film back into stores
- Final product quality inspection
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to work effectively to ensure success and adapt to changing environments
- Able to set up and operate equipment
No experience is required, full training will be provided.

About the Company
The Willand factory has been part of Devon’s food manufacturing heritage since 1898 where it started life as an egg processing facility. Steeped in history this site is located on Lloyd Maunder road, which is easily accessed by the M5 or local bus routes.
Willand has been part of 2 Sisters since 2008. We pride ourself as a beacon of manufacturing excellence bringing together people from multiple cultures and nationalities. Willand has gone from processing 20/30 birds per day (1933) to one million birds per week (2020).
