Onboarding Coach

Job Introduction

Are you a confident and conscientious individual looking for the opportunity to develop and mentor our factory Operatives?

• This post is working Monday to Friday; 10:00 - 18:30, however some flexibility will be required for holiday and sick cover

• The rate of pay is £13.20 per hour

Main Responsibility

As an Onboarding Coach here at 2 Sisters Scunthorpe, you will: 

• Ensure all Operatives are trained to the highest standards and following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Observe and assess all Operatives, ensuring they are using the equipment correctly.
• Provide feedback and coaching to Operatives not correctly following the procedures.
• Liaise with and feedback to factory management and the Training team regarding performance and safety concerns 
• Gather and share Operative feedback 
• Maintain the highest levels of safety and hygiene at all times; leading by example 
• Provide support with factory operations

The Ideal Candidate

As our ideal Onboarding Coach, you will:

• Be able to harness 2SFG behaviours - Accountability, Discipline, Agility, Respect and Transparency.
•  Have excellent communication skills, being able to liaise with colleagues at all levels 
• Be confident and outgoing 
• Be computer literate; with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites 
• Have great public speaking and presentation skills 
• Have strong coaching skills, with a good understanding of how to effectively deliver feedback
