- The hours of work and shift patterns are:
- 8pm - 4am, Monday to Friday
- The rate of pay is: £16.66 per hour
Main Responsibility
As a Night Hygiene Trainer, you will control and deliver the training for the night hygiene team.
Reporting to the Night Hygiene Manager and Site Hygiene Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Keeping due diligence documentation up to date
- Tracking refresher training
- Implementing a skill matrix for the night hygiene team
- Controlling COSHH documentation and risk assessments for site
- Writing and amending SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) as additional control measures
- Working closely with the Hygiene Management team to keep the hygiene management system up to date
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Night Hygiene Trainer role will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Be capable of following hygiene and food safety standards
- Enjoy working within a team
- Experience within a similar role
They will also have qualifications in the following:
- Train the Trainer
- Level 3 Food Processing Hygiene Management
- Level 3 COSHH Assessment and Control
- Level 2 Introduction to Microbiology
- IOSH/NEBOSH Managing Safety
