2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe has a rare opportunity for external candidates to apply to become a KPI Operative within our cutting department. These sought after roles are generally filled by internal applicants via a waiting list but due to increased demand for product we are now recruiting externally.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience within food manufacturing would be advantageous, but what we are really looking for is:

The Shifts

Intake Operatives work on a rotating shift pattern, AM & PM:

  • AM Shift
    1. Monday-Saturday 06:00-14:30
  • PM Shift
    1. Monday-Friday 14:30-23:00

The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour, with supplements for unsociable hours on a Monday day shift, plus enhanced pay for Saturdays.

Main Responsibilities

As an KPI Operative, you will be working within our Cutting Department handling unprepared birds.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Liase and communicate with factory personnel & supporting departments e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance etc.
  • Manage shift personnel holiday requirements ensuring adherence to department targets
  • Control, record & issue of Personnel Protective Equipment to colleagues 
  • Complete daily time and attendance sheets for department, identifying any exceptions such as absence, holiday etc.
  • Liase with Line Managers to ensure compliance and completion with Return to work interviews
  • Completion of daily reports such as man hours etc.
  • Data handling and analysis
  • General Meeting support, note taking etc
  • Project support

This is not an exhaustive list, applicants should read the attached Job Description prior to application. There will be additional tasks which will be communicated by the site Management team and will need to be added to any working schedule as and when required.
