Job Introduction

We have a number of opportunities available in our factory in Willand, which has been continually processing for over 100 years. 

The rate for the Hygiene Team Leader role is £14.46

The hours of work for this position will be 4 days on 4 days off 05:00am - 17:00pm

Main Responsibility

The main responsibilities for this position as a Hygiene Team Leader

• Oversee daily hygiene and sanitation activities, ensuring that all areas meet regulatory and internal cleanliness standards.
• Train team members on hygiene procedure, the proper use of cleaning products, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure that the team has all necessary cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals to carry out their duties effectively
• Investigate and resolve hygiene-related issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and followed up.

About the Company

The Willand site is part of the UK Poultry division in 2 Sisters Food Group. 

Willand has around 1000 employees and has been open and processing for over 100 years.  

Willand has many managers that have developed from production to management, indeed our site Director was once a Production Operative.
