We currently have an exciting, permanent opportunity for a HR Officer to join the team in Willand, Devon

  • This post is working Monday to Friday
  • The hours of work are 8am - 4pm

There is a competitive rate of pay on offer, depending on the experience of the candidate. 

Main Responsibility

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR generalist who is looking to move into a new role in a large organisation. This is a full time opportunity (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm), available on a permanent basis and is a office based position. 

As HR Officer you will be part of a team that provides practical and effective support to our managers and employees. With approximately 800 members of staff on site, this is a busy role and will give you the opportunity to have a varied case load where no day is ever the same! 

General responsibilities include: 

- Managing disciplinary and grievance cases

- Providing guidance on performance management issues

- Managing sickness and absence

- Supporting the team on any upcoming changes within the business 

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR generalist looking to widen their experience in a large organisation and truly develop in their career. 

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate would have previous experience working within a HR role and can demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure. 

You will have excellent attention to detail, be very organised and pro-active in your approach to work. 

CIPD qualifications and working with trade unions would be desirable but these are not essential criteria.
