• This post is working days - Monday to Friday 
• The hours of work are: 08:30am - 4:30pm

Main Responsibility

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our team in Willand. As a HR Advisor you will be part of a team that provides practical and effective support to our managers and employees. 

With over 800 members of staff on site, this is a busy, generalist role and would suit somebody looking to progress their career in a large organisation. 

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have a strong generalist HR background which can be evidenced on their CV. You may be working towards your CIPD but experience is vital for this role. 

Other areas of experience that will be advantageous include: 

- Trade Union Experience

- Statistical Analysis 

- Agency management 

- Audit Experience 

- Awareness and demonstrable understanding of Stronger Together
