Package Description
An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor has arisen at one of our West Bromwich sites: Site D. As HR Advisor you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, delivering an effective, hands-on, practical support and advisory service to managers and employees.
This position is the perfect role for a generalist, you will lead on all employee relations actively manage disciplinary and grievance cases and provide guidance on performance management, actively manage sickness, payroll changes, covering reporting and paperwork to support the above to ensure legal compliance.
You’ll receive plenty of support, however, you will need to hit the ground running to provide a professional and efficient generalist Human Resources service to our internal and external customers in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This is a great opportunity for any HR professional who is looking to make their mark and progress within a role.
