Main Responsibility

The Role

the HR Advisor is to deliver the operational HR requirements of the site under guidance from the HR Manager, ensuring that professional HR support, guidance and advice is given.

  • Supporting the site team in the functional people plan to improve site performance
  • Driving a high performance culture by challenging & coaching managers to appropriately apply performance and development principles and tools.
  • · Support managers in handling absence and capability issues in line with company procedures.
  • Deliver day to day operational support and guidance to managers for employee relations
  • Supporting HR Manager in delivery of all projects within your area to drive timely execution within budget and HR & Group strategy
  • Deal with the administration duties associated with the HR Function, ensuring all filing is completed in a timely manner.

A Great opportunity to help feed the nation at a leading UK food manufacturing company. We currently have this exciting opportunity to join the team in Flixton on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with various administrative tasks

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contractsand new hireguides
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistantor relevant role

Requirements and skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
