We currently have exciting opportunities for Production Operative's to join the team in Flixton
The hours of work and shift patterns are: Mon - Fri 16:00pm - 00:10pm
The rates of pay are: £10.62
Main Responsibility
- Load vehicles.
- Unload vehicles.
- Check consignments.
- Ensure any discrepancies are identified and recorded.
- Keep accurate and legible records. Including but not limited to load plans, weight records, and label information
- Be trained to operate a fork lift truck
- Ensure correct pallet segregation
- Perform routine safety checks on FLT as instructed reporting immediately any issues to the Senior Supervisor
- Keep all areas clean and tidy in line with Site operating standards.
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the factory and unit
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal Production Operative will have passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
We are a fast moving business so you need to enjoy working at pace and have determination to take action and achieve results.
Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
