Compliance Trainer

Job Introduction

The Compliance Trainer will play a key role in ensuring all training requirements are delivered effectively and on time, while maintaining training compliance across the PM shift. You will be the main point of contact for day-to-day training matters and will work closely with operational teams and Site Trainers to ensure training meets both business and compliance requirements.

Main Responsibility

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver the company's Soft Landing Induction Programme to new starters, ensuring they receive a professional and engaging introduction to the business.
• Deliver mandatory training courses, including Level 2 Food Safety and Level 1 Health & Safety, within required timescales.
• Manage PM shift training compliance, ensuring mandatory courses and refresher training are completed within the required timeframes.
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day training matters on the PM shift.
• Plan and coordinate training sessions around operational requirements to accommodate the needs of the business while maintaining training compliance.
• Oversee and support Site Trainers, ensuring training is delivered consistently and to the required standard.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in a training role within a manufacturing environment.
• Good computer literacy, with the ability to confidently use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop, coach and mentor members of the Training team.
• Excellent people and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining training records and compliance documentation.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage priorities effectively.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Level 3 Food Safety.
• Level 2 HACCP.
• Level 2 Health & Safety or above.
• A recognised professional training qualification, such as Level 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS or equivalent).
