- The hours of work and shift patterns are: 5:00am - 5:00pm, 4 days on, 4 days off.
- The rate of pay is: £12.60 per hour
Main Responsibility
Our Cleaning Operatives are an essential part of our production.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Supervise and monitor a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organisation.
- Oversee, train and motivate your team
The Ideal Candidate
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Basic spoken and written English
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Ability to follow hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications will be required in:
- Food Safety Level 2
- Health and Safety Level 1
Team leader experience would be advantageous but training can be provided
